-- fat - 80-90 g (30% vegetable)
-- carbohydrates - 400-450 g
-- energotsennost - 2800-3000 kcal.

Recommended products and foods: bread baking any yesterday, vegetable soups, cereals, milk, tomatoes and all things vegetarian, fat varieties of meat, poultry, fish;
low fat dairy products, cereals, any; various vegetables, cereals and berries.

Excluded products and dishes: fresh bread, buns bakery products, meat, fish and mushroom broth, dishes, all things salty, fatty varieties of meat, poultry, fish;
meats, canned, cream, milk 6 -% fat; pulses, sorrel, radishes, green onions, garlic, marinated vegetables, chocolate, cream products, black coffee, cocoa, pork, sheep and beef fat cooking fats.
