Buckwheat stuffed

-- 100 g buckwheat groats;
-- 100 ml. kefir;
-- 70 ml. vegetable oil;
-- 2 onion;
-- 1 Arbel small cabbage;
-- dill;
-- parsley.

Cook buckwheat porridge, mixing with finely nerezanym and roasted onion in the vegetable oil. Clear and drain cabbage head and the drop in sunflower cooked by 5-10 minutes. Put in cabbage leaves mincemeat of buckwheat porridge and onions and stuff attach golubtsam elongated shape. Lightly obzharit in their remaining sunflower oil. Buckwheat porridge with sour milk

-- 500 ml. water;
-- 300 g buckwheat groats;
-- 100 ml. yogurt;
-- salt.

Buckwheat groats, pre-roasted in a dry griddle, pour in refractory utensils with hot water until ready otvarivaem in the oven at a temperature of 200 degrees. Zapravlyaem sour milk, salt and served.

Buckwheat porridge with poppy seeds

-- 500 ml. water;
-- 250 g buckwheat groats;
-- 50 ml. milk;
-- 25 g butter;
-- 1 tablespoon. spoon poppy;
-- salt.

Cook thick buckwheat porridge and rastiraem it to a large sieve. Butter Zapravlyaem porridge, add milk, salt and poppy seeds to taste.

-- 6 pc. sweet peppers;

-- 2 carrot;
