Diet dish with buckwheat

Not everyone knows that
the homeland is buckwheat India
and Nepal , not Greece . Since
ancient times in our edges of buckwheat has been widely applied, and rightly

Buckwheat stuffed
--100 g
buckwheat groats;
-- 100 ml. kefir;
-- 70 ml. vegetable oil;
-- 2 onion;
-- 1 Arbel small cabbage;
-- dill;
-- parsley.
Cook buckwheat porridge, mixing with finely nerezanym and roasted onion in the vegetable oil. Clear and drain cabbage head and the drop in sunflower cooked by 5-10 minutes.

Buckwheat porridge with sour milk

Buckwheat porridge with poppy seeds
-- 500 ml. water;

buckwheat groats;
-- 50 ml. milk;

-- salt.
Cook thick buckwheat porridge and rastiraem it to a large sieve. Butter Zapravlyaem porridge, add milk, salt and poppy seeds to taste.

-- 1 cup buckwheat groats;
-- 2 carrot;
-- 1 Onions;
