Degreased diets does not protect women against heart attacks, blows, a cancer of a mammary gland or a colon cancer, the main research has found, contradicting, that has once been advanced as one of corner stones of a way of life healthy.
Eight-year research almost 50 000 medieval and elderly women - certainly greatest, most categorical test of reduction of fat from diet - did not find the clear certificate, that performance so reduced their risks, undermining it is more than decade of council from many doctors.

"It would be interesting to know, whether there were factors, such as pressure, or dream disorders are etc. taken into consideration. They can be rather prohibition of memory and, more possibly, will be present at control group as shortage of intellectual excitation can increase itself doubt, confidence of reduction and to cause the panic form. It, probably, has placed control group behind, at the same time motivirovannye groups jumped forward, and unless it will not make result measurement?"

Results run contrary to belief, that less full meal would have an uncountable advantage for health which has induced public health services bodies to begin visible campaigns, to force people is less full and the food-processing industry to level regiments of groceries with degreased pechenjami, chips and other products.
"Based on our results, we cannot recommend, that the majority of women followed for degreased diet," has told Jacques Rossouw National Heart, the Lung and Institute of Blood which financed research for 415 million $.
Though research involved only women, results possibly concern men also, he has told.
Some experts have warned, however, that research hints, that there can be some privileges to reduction of a total sum of fat in diet, specially for a mammary gland cancer. Besides, there is a clear certificate from it and other researches, that specific fats - the sated fats from meat and fats of the transaction from the processed products - are unhealthy and should be avoided.
But results, being published today in three newspapers in Magazine of the American Medical Association, extort concept, that the idle time, easily informed message of reduction of full full consumption would prevent the owner of troubles.
"We intend to check the promise, but an unsubstantiated hypothesis which, has appeared, was less promising, than we expected," has told Rossouw. "It is the science nature: to have increasing profit and failures. We have a duty as at scientists to place the best information there at any moment even if it can become confusing from time to time."
Sceptics have told, that results confirm the long objections on the message, that all fat is bad. That strategy, probably, has rejected attention from much more effective approaches which are differentiated between healthy and harmful fats and, probably, fatness epidemics because people worried more about that have promoted, how many fat they have eaten than, how many calories they consumed, they have told.
"It was the error, and this research really confirms, that it was a wrong management to go for food council," has told Uolter Willett Schools of Harward of Public health services. "It really harmed. It was the lost possibility. To people have given idea, that it were only full calories which counted. It should be a nail in a coffin for degreased diets."
Villett and other researchers are afraid, that results will leave the public sceptical about all council of health, or will be perverted to mean, that diet and a way of life are insignificant. The big and convincing case of data shows that at meal diet, rich with fruit, vegetables both the whole grains and low damp and transaction fats; leaving from smoking; realisation is regular; and maintenance of the corresponding weight has strong effect on health, they have told.
"There are dangerous people, will throw up their hands and will tell, ' Why I should trust something else? '" Willett has told. "But there are convincing proofs, that diet and a way of life really are of great importance."
Results occur from the Female Initiative of Health which also has shaken medical institution in 2002 when it has shown, that the capture of hormones not only has not protected heart concerning the period after menopauzy women but also and it was dangerous.
For new results researchers have analysed data from 48 835 age of women 50 - 79 who has joined research between 1993 and 1998. Approximately to 40 percent have recommended to eat more fruit and vegetables and to reduce their full full consumption, for the purpose of reduction of their full full consumption to no more, than to 20 percent of their daily calories.
Approximately after eight years those women have reduced the full fat from 35 to 38 percent to 24 to 29 percent on the average while the others continued to consume about the same quantity.
Women on degreased diet had a little lower levels of "bad" cholesterol - having small density lipoprotein - and the blood pressure, but their risk of heart attack, blow and warm illness was nezatronut, one paper has shown. There were signs, however, that women who reduced the sated fat or who has eaten more fruit and vegetables, really lowered the risk.
In the same way, when researchers looked on kolorektel a cancer, women who have reduced their full consumption, did not have any reduction in risk, according to the second paper. But they, less possibly, will develop polyps which increase risk, assuming, that benefit can appear later, researchers have told.
The third paper has found, that degreased diet also considerably did not reduce risk of a cancer of a mammary gland. At women on degreased diet it was valid for 9 percent of less cancer of a mammary gland, but researchers could not be convinced, that distinction was not result of chance. There were other encouraging hints, however, including signs, that women who consumed the fullest when research has begun, or inclined to certain types of tumours, can benefit, especially if they were accompanied longer.
"I think women who follow now, degreased diet should be encouraged to make so. We did not see adverse effects," has told Ross Prentice the Research centre of Cancer Freda Hutchinson in Seattle which has noticed, that women on diet also avoided to receive weight. "For women who are in high risk for a mammary gland cancer, they should discuss it with their doctors, whether acceptance could degreased diet to be guaranteed."
But as a whole, results far have not justified warranting of the wide recommendation for degreased diets, some experts have told.
"We hoped, that this approach, it will appear, will be favourable," Barbara Howard Scientific research institute Medster which has helped to carry out research has told. "I think, that we have learnt, that the food is never simple and there are no simple decisions."
