Besides, at the use of vegetables and fruit there can be allergic reactions or alimentary system disorders. Therefore, before to become the vegetarian, it is necessary to define on what fruit and juice you react especially well, and to be guided mainly by them.
Certainly, in boiled fruit and vegetables remains much less vitamins, than in the crude. But crude fruit causes allergic reaction in many people: gravity in a stomach, an eruption on a skin, reddening, an itch, a burning sensation in foot area etc. In this case boiled fruit it is much more preferable.
Days of juice and foetuses are useful to strengthening of the alimentary system and deducing of harmful substances from an organism. And, it is better to use fruit and vegetables, instead of juice from them. The whole fruit is always more useful, than juice.
