Starvation - the best and fastest way to get rid of a fatty layer. I often enough practised it. But there is a disadvantage. If to begin hunger-strike without certain preparation it is possible to lose simply muscular mass, and to cause injury to internal organs.

If to begin hunger-strike without certain preparation it is possible to lose simply muscular mass, and to cause injury to internal organs. The starvation method has two disadvantages, I already spoke about the first. The second - rate from which the weight comes to the initial value. That confirms my theory about cellular distribution of a muscular and fatty tissue. As soon as restrictions on food intake are taken out all processes "start to play again". The fatty tissue consisting of functionally weak cells, possesses nevertheless, property to share faster. At starvation the muscular tissue as did not change.

As a matter of fact, we tried to influence the cellular mass generated on action of the second factor of cell fission, using the first factor. That is to reduce total of cells depriving of their alimentary resources, necessary for vital activity. Instead of influencing the second factor - framing such conditions for a fatty tissue at which there is a change of cellular structure with more functional and reduction at the expense of this total of cells. For a fatty tissue it means cells with higher rate of use of insulin, Adeps accumulation, and as larger rate of return of nutrients in blood.

Someone will try to object me. Will result as an example yoga. Here they fast and have excellent healthy bodies. Yogas fast not to lower weight, and to suppress sensual perception of hunger - to learn to control sensual perception - Pratjahara. This a preparation kind to be at higher step, than Hatha yoga, the lowest step, practising which you naturally will put the organism in order. Basically the base yoga gives an excellent exercise stress. I recommend all employment Hatha by yoga. Exercises very simple, effective.
