Calories … Calories … Calories … On packing of each product the figure to which we have got used to trust is put down is boundless. We often refuse to ourselves in many tasty things only because the quantity of points-calories in them exceeds average indexes. So that surplus of the calories accepted with food was reflected in the best way in our figure, we try to eat as seldom as possible, we sit on low-calorie diets, we torture ourselves in a sports hall. For many of us the life is subordinated to a rule: "has eaten superfluous calories - has finished studying superfluous half an hour" …

And what actually means "caloric content of products"? You will laugh very much, but it only quantity of the energy units allocated with a product at its burning in the laboratory furnace! And our stomach - not the oven, therefore to count up caloric content of the eaten products, in hope to behave in shape or to grow thin, it all the same, what to try to learn the future on a horoscope from a weekly journal "Furnaces and fireplaces: a public life".

When we limit ourselves in meal, we sit on diets - our organism withdraws a maximum quantity of calories from the most Diet food. If we, on the contrary, overeat - the organism will try and faster to deduce from an organism "superfluous meal", practically not extracting energy (i.e. notorious "calories") even from the most sweet, fat and easily acquired food!

If it was not so it is absolute at all people after each big holiday (for example - New year) trousers and dresses would burst. As - for days, in a sitting position, have been used ten thousand calories! If "the doctrine about influence on a set/loss of weight of caloric content of products" is true, where so enormous quantity of energy disappears? Why people after each such holiday (and them in a year, at least, a little) are not similar to the main character of a fairy tale "Kolobok" and even if add in weight only 0,5-1 kg. (A part from which superfluous liquid and, sorry, excrements)? Why the person sitting on a rigid diet, only having softened a mode (but all the same eating less than daily norm) starts to type weight sharply?

Unique  an explanation - the organism itself regulates, how many energy to take from a product, and superfluous (at present) simply throws out. And on the contrary - if it is not enough food.
So, we should be trusted more to the organism, instead of abstract figures in the table of caloric content of products which are absolutely true, I will repeat, it is exclusive in application to fire and an oven.

The most lethal argument in favour of what to consider calories - useless employment, this absence of any binding of points-calories to a metabolism (metabolism). Well, at least, by three criteria: fast, normal, slow. After all at each person a metabolism different! 3. Eat with small portions of 4-5 times in day (your stomach will decrease in volume, and saturation will faster come, from smaller quantity of food).
4. Find by practical consideration (by an exception) from what you grow stout. From fats or carbohydrates? Limit consumption of meal which makes look fat you (but completely do not exclude).
5. "Disperse" the metabolism in the most various ways (accept iodic preparations and polyvitamins, visit a sauna, massage etc.).

Only following the aforesaid, you not only once and for all will cope with an excess weight problem, but also much more become more more healthy, than earlier. For the same to whom no recommendations helped and do not help, council only one: run to the doctor-endokrinologu!
